Professional Training

We value and recognize the importance of ongoing trainings for our staff, individually, and in small groups. Trainings are vital for the professional growth of our in-home interventionists. With the exposure to different training experiences, this educates our professionals to empower the families we serve.

Included in our trainings, are the latest research and interventions with families and young children in the field of child development, early intervention, infant-mental health, and reflective practice. All in-home specialists participate in Communities of Practices (CoP) 2x a month for reflection, training, and case studies.

Testimonial

“I enjoy my profession working with families of small children. I am helping develop their social-emotional abilities during their first three years of life. Supporting the parents to connect with their children has been one of the most rewarding experiences in life.” (Itzel Mondragon, BA)
