This training will provide participants with the opportunity to develop responsive listening through teleservices and in-home. The goal is to gain an understanding of how to fully listen to caregivers, co-workers and others to successfully attuned themselves to the speaker. The goal of this training is for participants to listen, reflect and practice responsiveness during this COVID-19 crisis.
