Carolina Fuentes, BA is an experienced Child Development Specialist who promotes positive parental intervention to families in her area. She encourages caregivers to relate to their young children in their most natural routines through play and exploration despite challenges in the environment. She is a FINE’s Program Manager in the San Bernardino region and is passionate about helping practitioners engage in reflective thinking and ethical practices when facing situations in the field. Carolina has over ten years of experience working with children and families in both center-based and in-home settings. Carolina obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development and Adolescent Studies from Union University. She also assesses children and collaborates with regional center coordinators directly to complete family service plans.
