Itzel Mondragon, BA is an active Child Development Specialist and Program Manager in training at FINE Infant Program. She has eight years of experience collaborating with in-home visitors in the San Bernardino regions and actively engages with caregivers and their small children during weekly in-home supervisions. Itzel’s passion is to help caregivers nurture and respond to their babies by identifying the happy moments of daily routines. She empowers caregivers to acknowledge their babies’ curiosity and to empower change when challenging moments occur during daily interactions. Itzel earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University San Bernardino in the field of Psychology and Human Development.
