James Biscan, Ed.S., PPSC proudly serves as a program manager at FINE Infant Program. He actively coordinates practitioners covering the Tri-Counties and Inland Empire and as a Parent Support Specialist. He visits families who are actively involved in learning evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting positive change, while catering to each families’ unique social-emotional abilities during their children fist five years. James also leads community of practice group meetings at FINE where he empowers growing practitioners entering the field of Early Intervention. James experience spans 15 years in the fields of Early Intervention and Special Education. James graduated from California State University in Human Development and Psychology. He recently completed a Ed.S. graduate program and PPS credentials in school Psychology. James’ upmost quality interventions that aim to surpass parent and caregiver expectations that led to positive data driven results.
