Joanna Flores, MA is FINE Infant Program’s Assistant Director. She coordinates with FINE’s Program Managers, and Regional Centers representatives to ensure all families referred to our program receive professional, quality in-home sessions, and teleservices. Joanna’s professional qualities include her extensive training on leadership and responsive parenting support. Along with the program’s director, and program’s consultants, Joanna developed FINE’s core values to relate to the program’s ongoing needs to nurture professionals in the field of Early Intervention. Joanna received her Master’s degree from Cambridge University in the field of Management. She has over 15 years of experience working in an educational setting, including center-based and in-home practices.
